GRASPED The Virtual HeySummit Masterclass – Module 16

Using Go to Webinar Exclusively

Video Transcript:

Welcome back. Now, one of the ways to work around the Zapier connection is to use the regular webinar platform. So for example, what we would do here is we would go in and create a regular webinar. What you're going to do it to set up your live webinars. And what you're going to do is you're going to determine how often it's going to occur, and in this case, we're going to say it's going to occur on a custom basis. And when we do that, we get a choice as to how we're going to have the individuals registered. We can have the individual registered for individual sessions, or we can have them register once for all sessions, and that's what we're going to do. We're then going to add in our other sessions.

We're then going to add in our standard webinar, we're then going to click schedule. Now, when the individual registers for the event, they will be registering for all of the sessions at one time, they will then register for the event. We will then set up our trigger and then click continue. When we come back to Zapier, we should then be able to set up our account and we're going to set it up with the webinar that we have set up and we're going to set it up now with the webinar.

And this time, when we set up our webinar, we're able to find the individual when we test the trigger. And testing the trigger is going to be important because we need to use this information in order to map it to our autoresponder. So Go-to-webinar will work for you if you're going to do primarily live sessions and you can have the individual register for all the sessions at one time, this will allow you to use Zapier in order to add the individuals to your autoresponder.

If you choose to use the prerecorded method, you're going to be working around the language, and basically what you're doing is offering one webinar several times, and that may be confusing for your event attendees.

Okay. So with that, thanks. And I will see you in another video.
