GRASPED The Virtual HeySummit Masterclass – Module 18

Using Zoom for a Multi-Session Series

Video Transcript:

Welcome back. Now, the same process can be replicated on zoom, where you're going to have an individual register one time for multiple sessions of your summit. And even though zoom has a separate events platform, you don't necessarily need it in order to execute this part of the strategy in setting up your zoom webinars, which you're going to do his title, the individual sessions.

What you're going to do is to make sure that registration is going to be required. You're also going to make sure that this is going to be a recurring webinar. It's going to give you a series of choices as to how many times you want the webinar to occur. So what we're going to say is that the webinars series will stop after seven occurrences. What we're going to do then is make sure that Q&A is enabled and we're then going to schedule the event.

We will have the ability to brand the webinar series. We're going to have our banner and logo available. Now within zoom, we can customize where we want the individual to go once the webinar ends. So what we can do here is we can click edit, and we can customize the post attendee URL. We will then go into the invitation setting, we'll then copy the link that we're going to make available to our attendees.

Now, when the individuals come to this page, they will register one time for all of your sessions. Now, of course, there isn't anything stopping anyone from sharing this with other people to attend your sessions. The actual summit sessions you'll want to make them available to as wide an audience as you can, even if you have to do it for free.

Your concern primarily will be who will have access to your recordings. Now inside of zoom, you are going to have a setting within your recordings. And you'll see here that this says to allow cloud sharing and this has been enabled here in this account. If we disable the setting, no one else will be able to access the shareable wink. And this is what you're going to want to do since individuals will be paying for access to the recordings.

Okay. So with that, thanks. And I will see you in another video.
