Set Up Your Booking Calendar, Part 2

Welcome back. Now in order to make the connection work, we are going to want to make integrations where we can. Now we have said that an individual that will be booking with us is going to have their session conducted on zoom. So what we're going to do is go into the calendar apps. We're then going to click view all integrations, we're then going to find the zoom integration, we are then going to click on it.
Now, assuming that you are logged into your zoom account through your browser, you're then going to click connect zoom. You will need to logged into your account in order to make the connection, you'll then give permission for zoom to be connected to your Calendy account. Your integration is now active. So what we're now going to do is click the share button, where they wait to click on add to website.
We can either embed form into our website, use a pop-up widget or pop-up text. For the sake of this video, we are going to choose inline embed. We're now going to click continue, you're then going to see the embed code that you're going to place on your website. We are now inside of WordPress and we're here so that we can demonstrate what the code will look like when we place it on our site.
So we're going to get the HTML code element, and we're going to place the code that we copied into this area. We're then going to publish our page. And our schedule now appears on our website. So when your speaker now comes to the page, what they can do is they can click on the date where they can meet with you. They will then choose an available time for your meeting.
They'll then confirm the meeting. What they'll then do is to write in their name and email address. They will then schedule the event, that individual can then add the event to their calendar. And you'll notice now that that individual will receive an email in their box. They'll then have the zoom link where you will be meeting to conduct your summit session.
